Working side by side with the other Portas Partners and our clients, main responsibilities include:

  • Driving the growth of the business globally
  • Being accountable for client projects and quality control of all deliverables
  • Working with the senior client (e.g. Board, CEO) to scope the project and develop the work plan
  • Leading the problem solving
  • Leading the development of internal knowledge areas and centers of excellence
  • Carrying out duties as a member of the global and/or local management team
  • Delivering external presentations at major events and conferences
  • Designing and delivering internal training courses
