The assessment phase varies by role, but we will always put you in touch with one of our employees for a brief call to discuss the role and your motivations. The remaining stages typically includes the following:

For entry-level roles (Internships, Business Analysts)

  • Standardised online tests: These will put your numerical and verbal reasoning skills to the test. We recommend that you practice these before you attempt them. There are lots of resources you can find online to help.
  • PowerPoint (PPT) test: This is a two-hour remote case study exercise that will take place using PowerPoint. You will be provided with the case and all supporting documentation, and through synthesis will be required to present your findings and recommendations via PowerPoint at the end of the session. (No oral presentation element so all recommendations must be conveyed via the slides).

For experienced hire roles (Consultants, Project Managers, Partner level)

  • Oral presentation: You will be asked to prepare a 25-minute presentation along with a facilitated discussion. The topic will be provided in advance, so you’ll have plenty of time to prepare!
