Allison is our Head of Professional Development, responsible for ensuring top-class training, development and mentorship opportunities for all Portas consulting staff, as well as leading our evaluation processes to accelerate performance and drive client impact.

In her spare time, she is an endurance running coach, leading a high-performance training group in the south of England.
