Zineb Soulami

Zineb leads transformative and strategic sports projects for major clients across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, mainly focusing on sports events and active places projects. Her leadership is pivotal in defining innovative solutions tailored to the unique dynamics of the sports sector, driving substantial and strategic change within client organizations.

Prior to joining Portas, Zineb was a Case Team Leader at Roland Berger, where she directed strategy consultancy projects in healthcare and life science sectors. She holds a Master and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Strategy from Ecole Centrale Paris, France. Zineb also has an Accreditation of Holistic Health and Wellness Counselling from the Holistic Coach Academy in San Francisco, USA.

A passionate racquet sports enthusiast, Zineb is a skilled tennis player, competing in League A in Singapore and formerly achieving a top 5 ranking in Morocco.
