Teppei is based in Tokyo, born, and raised in Japan. 

With 5 years of experience providing a wide range of consulting services from corporate-level/business-level/function-level strategy development, organizational restructure planning to operational excellence in digital marketing for Japanese companies in various industries; telecommunication, media, pharmaceuticals, electronics etc. 

Tepper also has 5 years of experience in the sports related consulting and market research on sponsorship, activation and fans engagement strategy and sponsorship impact for Japanese sports teams (soccer and basketball) and sponsors for Tokyo2020 Olympics and Paralympics and other major sports in Japan

He previously worked at A.T. Kearney, Nielsen Sports, Field Management and has a Masters of Engineering in Technology Management from the University of Tokyo
