Zoë supports on a varied portfolio of sport development and commercial strategies for Middle East Olympic Committees, federations, giga-projects, and private entities in her role at Portas. She has been involved in the activation of an adventure tourism destination, development of a multi-sport major events program, and operational and strategic review of a marquee federation. Zoë has also worked on the pre-IPO approach for a fitness business and the design a high-performance program for a national priority sport.

Before joining Portas, Zoë interned at the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, contributing to a project that modeled a regionalized Formula 1 calendar as a means to reduce the sport’s CO2e emissions footprint.

Zoë holds a BSc in International Business, Finance, and Economics from the University of Manchester. She competed for Millfield School as a swimming scholar and for the University of Manchester Women's Waterpolo 1st Team.
