She has led the profitability analysis, operating model, and business case for sports assets and stadiums for a leading football club in the UAE, developed the strategy and operational update for a portfolio of sports assets for a major real estate developer in the UAE, and built the business case for a major upcoming stadium in Jeddah, planned to host a global football event. Additionally, she has developed the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a skatepark initiative for a government sports body in Saudi Arabia, designed the Saudi School Tournaments strategy, and assessed the basketball landscape and ecosystem in Singapore.
Before joining Portas, Zineb spent 7 years in strategy consulting at Roland Berger, specializing in healthcare and wellness, where she developed strategic plans and drove growth initiatives for public and private sector clients.
Zineb holds a Master of Science and Bachelor’s in Business Management and Engineering from École Centrale Paris, along with a Master’s in Strategy and Finance from the same institution. She was also ranked among the Top 5 female junior tennis players in Morocco.
