Previously, Trisha served as the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Sports Institute (HKSI) from 2008 until her retirement at the end of 2023. During her tenure, she led the organization through significant developments, including a HK$3 billion infrastructure construction program. She also worked at the Australian Institute of Sport as a Senior Psychologist and was awarded the Australia Sport Medal for her services to Olympic sport following the successful Sydney Olympic Games in 2000.
Trisha's academic achievements include a PhD in Psychology and a JD in Law. She has published widely in academic and professional publications and is a highly sought-after speaker. Her contributions to the community and sport have been recognized with the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) in 2014 and the Silver Bauhinia Star (SBS) in 2020 by the HKSAR Government.
