Solomon is currently conducting pilots to inform the social and community impact investment strategy of a global sports apparel company. Solomon’s main focus is in Football, having previously worked on a growth strategy for a professional CONCACAF football league, and a project which assessed the readiness of a football league to progress to semi-professional status.

Other previous projects include conducting a commercial performance review for a multi-club ownership group, advising a UK university on market entry in the Middle East, and supporting the development of a workforce strategy for the horseracing industry.

Before joining Portas, Solomon graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Bristol. He actively participates in competitive football and previously attended the Leeds United Academy.
