Roaa Alnukhaylan

Roaa Alnukhaylan is currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Portas, where she has been developing transformative strategies, conducting data analysis, and providing strategic advisory for clients across the Middle East. She has built experience in the strategic design and delivery of sport programmes and major events, including: designing a national school sports tournament to promote mass participation; developing legacy strategies for international multi-sport events; and producing post-event reports capturing the social, sporting, and economic impacts of major events.

Prior to joining Portas, Roaa gained experience in strategy projects within the municipality sector. She is also passionate about sports, actively participating in padel and avidly following football, Formula 1, and tennis.
