Reem Khaled is the Global Human Resources Director at Portas, with over 16 years of experience. She has worked across the UK, the Middle East, globally, and in Asia. Before joining Portas, Reem worked in various industries, including education, investments, hospitality, and sports. She holds an MBA from London Business School and a graduate degree in Human Resources Management from McGill University.

Reem Khaled has been responsible for the HR department globally at Portas, covering regions such as the UK, MEA, KSA, APAC, and Japan. She has a proven track record in organizational design, culture building, and talent management, with a dedication to improving human capital performance.

Before joining Portas, Reem worked in various industries, including education, investments, hospitality, and sports (motorsports, football, and others).  Reem has worked on transformation projects for Al Jazira Club, developed companies' policies and procedures, designed and implemented overarching performance management systems, and automated HR processes and procedures. She also formulated a consistent grading structure and salary scale based on a competitive compensation and benefits plan benchmarked with current market trends and recruited the launch team of HBZ Stadium opening, Aafaq Holding, and Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management for the F1 team.

She holds an MBA from London Business School, a graduate degree in Human Resources Management from McGill University, a certification in Business Strategy for HR Leaders from INSEAD University, and a Bachelor's of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa. Reem is also CIPD certified.
