She has also designed sports federation operating models for the delivery of recreational sport across countries.

Petra holds a First Class Honors degree from Boston University and a Master in Management from the University of Cambridge. She is a former tennis player, having played Division I college tennis in the U.S. and competed internationally, achieving a number 1 ranking in Croatia and top 200 in the world.
