Minty holds a First Class degree in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London. She is a keen runner and triathlete, having completed Ironman 70.3's and marathons, and was the captain of Imperial's triathlon club. Additionally, she is a keen follower of equestrian sports (particularly eventing), and previously coached grassroots riders.
