Mark is a Business Analyst at Portas Consulting with three years of experience. He has supported federations, ministries, and private-sector organizations on a range of strategic initiatives. Before joining Portas, Mark worked in strategy and management consulting across the GCC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.

During his time at Portas, Mark has played a pivotal role in advancing sports and physical activity initiatives across the Middle East. He has contributed to developing and strengthening women’s and youth clubs for a regional federation. He has worked alongside a private sector entity to develop a digital platform framework that aims to promote physical activity. He also worked with a regional real estate developer to manage and integrate sports assets within their developments. Additionally, he has supported public sector entities through all stages of event management, from strategy to post-event reporting.

Before joining Portas, Mark gained valuable experience in strategy and management consulting within the GCC, including working with Saudi family offices, tech and software companies, F&B, and governmental entities. He collaborated with project managers to ensure successful project delivery through client interviews, research, benchmarking, company and market analysis, and developing business cases.

Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He enjoys skiing, pickleball, and Formula 1.
