As Director of the Women’s Professional Game at the FA (2018–2023), she oversaw the WSL’s move to full professionalism and secured record-breaking sponsorship and media deals. A former Director of Development at The FA, she now advises international federations, leagues and investors on women’s sport and sits on the board of Women in Football.

Kelly is a global leader in football with over 30 year-experience in the industry. From 2018-2023, Kelly was the Director of the Women’s Professional Game for the FA in England, where she led the transformation of the women’s professional game in England into one the world’s leading domestic systems, including the transition of the Women’s Super League into a fully professional league and securing record sponsorship and media deals. Prior to this Kelly was Director of Development for The FA, overseeing the delivery of a £200M four year plan for children’s and grassroots football. Kelly is now a consultant advising international federations, professional leagues and private equity clients regarding women’s professional sport.
