Jessica Cullen

Business Analyst

Jessica is currently a Business Analyst at Portas, serving clients in the UK office. She previously completed her internship with us and brings a range of experience from a variety of part-time roles in the industry. Jessica holds a First-Class degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Oxford, where she also captained the Women’s Blues football team and held a number of roles within the OUAFC.

Jessica Cullen is currently a Business Analyst at Portas, serving clients in the UK office. Jessica worked on projects focusing on league operations and league professionalisation with an international sport federation. She also worked with national cricket bodies on a project part of a larger national assessment.

Before joining Portas, Jessica completed a three-month internship with us and has also worked a number of part-time in the sports industry in the UK and UAE. She has experience in sports event planning with OUAFC, seasonal work at major sports events like Wimbledon, was Sports Editor for the Cherwell Oxford and has interned at law firms with specialised sport practices. Jessica trained with the UAE national football team and is a La Liga Academy graduate. She is a three-time winner of the UAE DU National Football Championship and spent 3 years playing Blues Women’s Football captaining the team in her 2nd year at Oxford. She also played a pivotal role as the Balliol College Sports Representative and Football Captain and is currently playing for Hammersmith FC.

Jessica graduated with a First-Class degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford. She was also an Elliot Meriweather Exhibition holder and won the William Westerman Pathfinder Award, which led to a research project with the Canadian NWSL.
