Working side by side with the Portas Partners and our clients, main responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analysis, drawing insights and synthesising findings
  • Developing client documents, presentations and other materials
  • Contributing to team problem-solving
  • Conducting interviews and workshops with clients and industry experts
  • Supporting project management, including work planning, team management and client relationships 
  • Coaching and managing junior team members
  • Capturing and sharing new firm knowledge 
  • Supporting business development efforts and firm building activities
