She has worked with a leading global sports apparel brand to demonstrate the impact of their investments on society globally, leading a pilot study to test measurement and analysis in practice. Charlotte has also developed a commercial operations plan for a proposed UAE stadium development, including events and programming strategy, ticketing and hospitality pricing, and P&L modelling for different scenarios and site locations.
Before joining Portas, Charlotte spent 3.5 years at CSM Sport & Entertainment (now Wasserman), working with rightsholders and brands in sponsorship sales and management, and event delivery roles, including partnership management and event delivery for the 2021 British & Irish Lions Tour to South Africa.
Charlotte holds a 2:1 in German and Management from the University of Exeter and an ESA Sponsorship Sales Diploma. She actively participates in triathlon events, enjoys running and cycling, and plays tennis recreationally.
