Alexei is an Expert Partner, primarily focusing on building the tactical planning and delivery business development. He is supporting all major events and related projects globally, ensuring that our initiatives align with the highest standards of operational excellence.

Alexei has been responsible for delivering key readiness programmes, leading central planning streams, and developing technical manuals for various major events. He has been leading the development of proposals to support football federations and has supported multiple RFPs and RFIs related to major events or organisers of major events.

Previously, Alexei worked at the Organising Committees of the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups, and EXPO events. He managed contracts with operational budgets of up to 50 million USD, oversaw operations of up to 14 venues at the Olympic Games, and ensured the readiness of 101 training site venues for the FIFA World Cup 2018. He also planned and facilitated over 50 readiness exercises at more than 10 major events.

Alexei graduated with honours in Linguistics from Tula State Pedagogical University and holds a Master's in Sport Events Management from Leeds Beckett University. He has completed various professional courses, including Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, and Harvard Business School online courses. He has also received multiple letters of appreciation from country governments and major event governing bodies.
