Tom Hobkinson

Tom has most recently been providing strategic support for a major infrastructure development focused on sport, health and wellbeing.  

Before joining Portas, Tom had several years of consulting experience at Newton Europe where he focused on change management and leading a team through the delivery of highly analytical, operational improvement projects in the Private, Public and Defence sectors. 

He holds a first-class MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford. He is a keen footballer having captained St. Edmund Hall 1st XI.
