Dominic Cowell

Dominic is a Consultant based in the Dubai office.

He holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University 

Prior to joining Portas, Dominic worked for Accenture and Monitor Deloitte. He has experience in business transformation, strategy development, benchmarking, and business case development. Dominic has advised clients across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including the UK Government and global organisations.

Dominic enjoys taking part in any physical activity and is regularly engaged in running, cycling, and taking part in long hikes.

He is passionate about improving health and education outcomes, particularly in underserved areas of society.
