Infrastructure & Facilities
Infrastructure, Facilities and the utilisation of the overall physical environment
Infrastructure and facilities are the common enabler to any sport strategy. Every sports program, event, team, league, and federation allocates resources to the physical environment where sport is consumed, produced, and practised. This focal point of sports ecosystems is under constant pressure to deliver on very diverse mandates, often requiring facilities to simultaneously meet the needs of participation and community sports, professional sports team, high-capacity events, and to deliver non-sports events.
We understand this complex environment and support the owners, operators, and users from concept to optimisation, while maintaining the assets’ financial sustainability as the baseline.
How can we help you?
At facility-level we advise both ‘greenfield’ and existing assets to create commercially and financially viable concepts.
The vision and objectives setting sets the parameters for an optimal facility mix and the development of a clear business case. We create tailored operating and business model solutions to optimise delivery outcomes and commercial sustainability.
Across district, city, sport, and event masterplans our teams leverage their experience to solve for capacity and legacy planning, but also social and economic return on investment (SROI) cases.
