Strategy and transformation plan for the MCC (the world’s most iconic cricket club).

MCC needed a clear strategy and plan to remain financially and organisationally healthy while developing Lords cricket ground over the next few years.

We helped to develop a clear strategic plan embracing all aspects of the club, including a defined vision and priorities, optimal organisation, clear role of the committees and a financial plan with a 20 year horizon.

We also developed a roadmap for change as part of the process.
