We are committed to looking beyond our project work and giving back to our local communities.
We carry out high impact pro bono work with our global network of charity partners and offer training and skill-building through our Portas Academy.
Pro bono

Each of our offices partners with a charity that we support pro bono (e.g. in Europe, we recently supported Women in Football in the creation of their new strategy)
Volunteering

We provide volunteering opportunities for our staff such as our annual Portas Charity Day (e.g. in Saudi Arabia, our team organised a charity sports day for Ensan Orphans Care charity, with top players from Al Hilal FC as guests of honour)
Mentorship

We advise applicants from under- represented backgrounds to help them enter the sports industry
